First Visit

Patient Forms
On your first visit, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the Patient Forms link at the top of the left column. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Consultation
Next, you will have a consultation with one of our experienced chiropractic doctors to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit allows the doctor to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations in order to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.

And, it allows you to ask questions. We understand that first-time patients may have questions about chiropractic. Our goal is to make sure you have all the information you need in order to be comfortable participating in this type of healthcare.

Examination
After your consultation, the doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. With your authorization other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well.

X-Ray Studies
Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays allow us to see the spine in detail, thereby helping us to develop the most effective treatment plan for you. Many patients are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignment and degeneration themselves.
